Abstract
One of the main focus of the actual school is to achieve educational inclusion, which is intended as the processes of relationship and participation that increase the options for academic success and personal and social development of each and every student. This chapter reflects on the role that the school organization plays about this task. Specifically, it analyzes the influence of such significant organizational variables as space, grouping and time. Furthermore, it outlines the key pedagogical principles to be taken into account for the design of such variables. The theoretical contents are complemented with some activities and with additional resources to continue learning.
