Abstract
The main objective of this research is analizing how the goals of Energetic Plans (renewable energies), such as Spanish Energetic Plan 2000-2010 and Andalusian Energetic Plan 2003-2006, must be developed in the province of Huelva. We are going to calculate the contribution rate of the province of Huelva in renewable energies and consequently, establishing different measures in order to achieve the preview aims. The County Council and Cities Council are the nearest public administration to citizens, so they are the main actors to promote and to create awareness in favour to renewable energies in its surface. We are going to study the different types of renewable energy facilities separately and lastly, a global study of electricity production by renewable energy facilities in comparison with total energy consumption in the province of Huelva.
