Abstract

Tourism for All is characterized by integrating many activities at fair prices and to a greater number of people . This kind of tourism includes two special types of tourism: Seniors and Accessible Tourism. In both cases a insatisfaction can be mainly produced by problems in the realization of some common actions in the preparation and implementation of a tourist trip, such as reservation of turistic products and services through Internet. Web Accessibility as a feature of web design. Its aim is to enable access to information pages by people with disabilities. As patient satisfaction and the communication of touristic services and products are important parameters for measuring the quality of tourism, it can be considered that improving accessibility in the design of tourism websites can improve the quality of tourism. In the document the web accessibility levels report, a method to create a software application that can automatically improve the accessibility of a website and the results of this tool application are described.
