In both cases a insatisfaction can be mainly produced by problems in the realization of some common actions in the preparation and implementation of a tourist trip, such as reservation of turistic products and services through Internet. Web Accessibility as a feature of web design. Its aim is to enable access to information pages by people with disabilities. As patient satisfaction and the communication of touristic services and products are important parameters for measuring the quality of tourism, it can be considered that improving accessibility in the design of tourism websites can improve the quality of tourism.
