Abstract

The author emphasizes the importance of the training of teachers and show us a training course that attends the needs of in-experienced teachers specialized in Physical Education. This proposal, combined with other formative strategies like supervision, observation, day-books..., is presented as a very innovative choosing for an inductive methodology that offers to participants the possibility to reflect and give an opinion with liberty on a debate. The principal aim that is pursued with the development of the sesions is, on the one hand, emphasize the most significatives problems and, on the other hand, bring possible solutions.
